Tuesday’s Gone Counselling and Psychotherapy
Whatever you’re going through, we’ll walk together.
A large part of the change that takes place in therapeutic work is the relationship between client and counsellor. I strive to make that relationship a meaningful one based on respect and compassion. I bring with me a wide range of knowledge, skills and education and am happy to continue learning both from and for my clients. I consider my role in the lives of my clients to be a great privilege.
I hold a BA Psychology from Queen's University (2000) and obtained my Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University (2011). I have extensive experience providing both group and individual therapy to those struggling with trauma and abuse, addictions, depression/anxiety or in need of guidance through a challenging life transition. I spent the first 5 years of my career in an agency setting in the roles of both Family Preservation Counsellor and Stopping the Violence Counsellor, and I have had a private practice since 2012.
I operate from a relational-cultural framework with an emphasis on somatic experiencing, and strive for de colonization in my work. I practice through an anti-oppression lens with a heart centered approach and am committed to learning and unlearning every day. All bodies are welcome here.
I gratefully live, work and rest on unceded, stolen Musqueam Territory.
Services I Offer
Personalized Care and Guidance

Individual Therapy
I offer sessions by phone only, fees are based on a 50 minute session and are often covered by insurance. My rate is $130.00 per session — finances should not be a barrier to accessing support, please ask about sliding scale!
During our session I walk on beautiful Musqueam territory, it is where I do my best feeling and grounding work. I invite you to do the same if you are able, and connect with the land as we work together. Every-body is welcome here.
